If you close a corp, what happens to the POCO's the corp owned ?

What happens to the tax in this case?
Is the only way to change ownership to destroy them ?

I always liked the idea of using destruction as a method to change the ownership of things. Lol

assets of a corp that gets closed get removed from the game

Corps cannot be closed when there are active assets in space.

POSses and POCO's need to be removed before you can leave your corp as last member (aka the ceo).

Hi , since when ? I once (might be close to 2 years ago) petitioned what i thought was an enemy POS disappearing and the GM told me, that assets of closed corporations vanish.

Not sure on the POCO part, those were not yet around when i was doing my wardecs.
