Looking for a Chimera pilot, though I will consider a character that is close to a chimera as well. Bonus for those who can fly a Tengu or are close to it.

I know I wont get a perfect character for 14 billion but I do expect a good basis of skills. I don't care if you have indy skills so don't expect payment for them.

Must have positive sec status, and must be able to fly in Amarr and Caldari space. Must also have a positive wallet balance. I wont give much more of a description as I don't want to limit the characters that are offered by too much.

Budget has increased. I've had a few offers thus far but still looking for the right character. I'll shop this week and hopefully find what I want.
