Looking to buy a Carrier pilot that can blackops too.
Jumpcal 4 and fighters 4 minimum prefered.
T2 Sentrys and heavy drone 5 would be nice too

No killrights and that can travel all highsec regions to get sorted good too.


T2 Large/Med Guns/Misslies prefered too
Any race considered.

Must be in NPC corp rdy to send.

Up to 25bil max budget for the right toon for me.
