Giving random guys director access to your corp... Shocked

EDIT: "house hit by lightning" is one of the best excuses I've ever heard for not being online. ^^
Reminds me of that guy I was playing with, we were on TS when he suddenly, calm as calm can be stated "Cool, some lighting just struck my backyard... Oh look, the ground is burning, I think I'll be offline for a little while now..." Lol

Seems legit. Lol

I had a corp give me director after merely a week. Cleaned them out right quick Cool

Honestly though, director is a very serious role that should be very selectively given out. Lesson learned, you won't be making that mistake again.

Awesome. Thanks man, that's good end to the week. Lol

Edit: Oh it was 25 hours. Man this gets better by the minute. Lol

I spammed war assistance offers from my 1-man corp to 100s of corps out there, for teh lolz. I never even bothered to include a text message either, leaving that part blank. I did ask for 100 mil though.

I was subsequently paid 100 million to enter the war between Sean's corp and another, on the side of his enemy.

That is how this began.

I might add that considering I was called a scammer by some of those who I offered help, I ended up doing a pretty good job against the corp I was paid to fight. The CEO of that corp has since sent me more isk, and congratulated me. He said he would hire me again P

Have been tired of all the drama. Sold 14 bil of my assets and am moving into nullsec going solo. I do not want to be responsible for a bunch of noobs and and a fleet full of lokis, only I am in the Eos.

PM me if you need any advice in establishing yourself that way... I would recommend WH instead of Null Sec btw.

Just stick to NPC corps. Not only can you do nearly everything you can do in a player corp, but it awoxers hate it. It makes them foam at the mouth and complain about NPC corps to no end, so it has to be good. The other thing you can do is set up temporary a corp, bait people into declaring war on you then disband it and send them a trollolol mail.

Good idea.

Ask yourself why he hasn't followed his own advice before you do.

Because he is in null? Highsec corps are only good for war and poses.

Most of the time the guy doesn't go in intending to awox the corp. They just do normal corp things then one day they decide "I want to leave corp and do something else, so might as well take everything on my way out."

Alternately, CCP released a trailer specifically advertising "Join a corp just so you can destroy it" as a game feature.

It wasn't two months. It wasn't even a day. And I never asked to be director. It was offered. OP is lying.

Source: I am the dude who did it btw.

Successfully reclaimed corp. Caught him in a freighter, we all know the rest. They will never find his body.

No you didn't lol. I can't even fly a freighter.

And I gave your corp back because it was so boring, I was in the corp for less than 25 hours in fact.

Edit: We did not have any assets. I recently put them all into my hangars upon moving. Wise decision I guess.

OP. You were taught two lessons here.

The first is how much damage someone can do to you, if you trust them.

The second, and hopefully much more important one, is how much damage you can do to someone else, if you can make them trust you.

Every setback is an opportunity in disguise. Go and seize your opportunity - I'm certain you can find a wormhole corp, get roles, and rob them blind. Then come and post about it in the Crime and Punishment forum.
