If another corp member delivers a job in the POS, is it possible to see WHO it was in the new UI? (Or was it ever possible to see who?)

Not sure about the UI, but the id of the character having delivered the jobs is part of the api call (completedCharacterID), see https://neweden-dev.com/Char/IndustryJobs.
