Thanks for clicking on my threat, I am currently trying to experience a bit of PVP to see what it is like, and I was just wondering what is a good ship to start in? I understand my Drake will probably not work so well against other players, so I was thinking a Frigate, maybe the Condor, so I built a fit, that I can get Cap stable too so long as the Neut isn't on, if it is you have 50 seconds (It is an OCD thing I have noticed I have with being stable) and it seems to be good, especially in small fleets, but I will leave that to you guys, please any advice or tips would be great, just don't want to run in other and other because I missed something that would work better, on a side, note, would a Destroyer work well for PVP?

Okay firstly you need to ditch the idea of cap stable in PvP, most PvP ships are not cap stable and capacitor heavy ships compensate by using a cap booster and not cap recharge.

As for your fit, it seems to be a tackle fit but if has no tank, you can't hold tackle on anything if you die instantly. Here are some T1 Caldari frigate fits to get you started:

These are for the missile Caldari frigs and are more oriented to gang related stuff. I would go for slightly different fits if I was going to fly solo. Also the Merlin is a great Caldari frig but it uses blasters or rails, if you have those trained you should give that a try too.

Dato gave you some nice fits for the Condor and I recommend you take a look at those.

As for your question about using Destroyers...yes, you can use them for PVP but you have be very selective with your engagements and pick smart fights. You are running Caldari ships so you'll want to set up a sniper set up and this can work pretty well if you have a decent tackler working with you. Keep range and deliver DPS and you'll be fine...understand that you have a thin tank and little speed to speak of.
