Carrier as POS and allow into HI-sec

How about allowing carriers into hisec and adding a module which will allow it to function as a POS. I think it would be cool to be able to live completely out of my carrier for extended periods of time or just to move all my junk.


Also instead of using gates how about allowing it to use it's jump drives instead using the gates as beacons ?
