I have a tin of Tartan paint for sale, that's definitely not a lie. Honest guv, it's a limited Quafe edition. Big smile

I'll buy it! I want to hear people say, "he's gone plaid!"

CCP should add more NPC 0.0 space to open it up and liven things up: the Stepping Stones project.

+1 - imagine all the ganker tears that will be shed here on the forums. It will be worth it just for the lolz. Big smile

Nobody will be risking implants anyways if they are ganking stuff, losing the pod means nothing other than sending them home to reship.

It's much more fun to simply point the pod until he decides to self destruct it, and shortly before the self destruct goes off, you pop the pod.

Lowering the average to make you look better since 2012.

So... just to get this straight... are you proposing that pod loss is mandatory (like losing your ship) when you gank as part of this this change or simply that concord 'could' pod you if you stay on grid too long after ganking someone (just like a player could pod you if you stayed on grid long enough for them to lock you)... Its a subtle distinction but an important one here...

By this standard, all NPC's should pod you.

Now I'd support that, more danger for care bears.

Don't take me too seriously though, I like to tease a bit on the forums, but that's only because I love you...

So you figure the freighter pilot should bring a few friends to do logi for him, whereas a single pilot repeatedly jumping into ejected catalysts is ok. You don't think this is a broken mechanic at all.

Yeah youre right, asking the bow head pilot to work with other players is completely out of the question. Roll

As someone has pointed out, your attempting to tackle what you perceive as a problem with hilariously bad aim.

what in the flying **** have implants got to do with boarding ejected catalysts?
Nothing.

Add to this that this type of ganking is even easier to avoid than normal ganking...one blackbird or griffin. One basilisk could make the bowhead invincible against one catalyst at a time.

But since im generous, heres some help with tackling the mechanic you actually seem to have a problem with. How about:

-Criminals (not outlaws) cannot board ships they do not own (or ships at all) in space?

Or

-Boarding a ship in hi-sec whilst criminal triggers instant OTT-doomsday trigger happy-CONCORD?

im assuming any ship thats actually his goes criminal with him, and im not actually sure how ownership works with an orca's bays.
