I want to buy a sub battleship pvp char.
my budget is 15 bil max.

the character should have:

frigate / cruiser / destroyer skills
armor skills
engineering skills
ASC skill
AWU skill
Thermodynamics skill
Gunnery skills
PG / CPU Management
etc.


not having all the ship skills is better than lacking the standard pvp core skills.


I have absolutely no need for:

T3s
Leadership
Corp Management
Trading
Any industrial stuff


please dont just post the skills, also post the price!

Benjamin Crisco is way too cross trained. lots of wasted SP for me there.
Hell Gate is a bit too low for what I am looking for.
