Hi.
This probably has been discussed before.
I have to format my computer due to hardware issues, and I've looked for ways to backup my client.
I've found old/very confusing instructions for how to do it (win 8.1 64 bit anyone?).

I really think that a importing and exporting backups should be a client feature and not a "copy paste from here to there" thing posted by users, since this is absolutely client related issue.

CPP - can you please implement and maintain such feature on the launcher - "Export/Import client backup" so we could format our computers in peace?

It's not such a big deal. Only one folder unless I'm mistaken. Copy this folder to backup local settings.

C:\Users\YourUser\AppData\Local\CCP\EVE\c_program_files_(x86)_ccp_eve_tranquility\settings

I think there were some glitches in that process at one point but probably resolved.

Is that my two cents or yours?
