Character Bazaar

Hi all,

I am looking for an additional char for my PVP catalogue and wondering if anyone has any options open to me.

My requirements:

- Positive killboard (or no kills/losses at all)
- Minimum cruiser sized - ideal T3 or BC
- Focused on one race (unless specifically focused for a cross race pirate ship)
- Focused on sub skills and weapon type (no wasted SP in industry or any other crap)
- PVP or PVE chars considered (both are interchangeable so doesnt matter)
- Ideally no kill rights or "bad blood"
- Must be able to enter all parts of high sec (no negative sec status, no negative standings to any faction that wont let me in a 1.0 system)

If you have a char available, I have a budget availble (by Sunday) of 7 billion ISK.

Thanks guys, I wont have the ISK until Sunday, I will contact you then if you still have the chars. More options still welcomed.
