The Pathfinders of Mercurius is an exploration based organization setup to help new capsuleers interested in making lots of isk quickly and effectively through exploration rather than making sole use of more traditional career paths such as mining and missions.

As an explorer you will learn the skills required to navigate as a scout. You'll be given the opportunity to scan down wormholes and use them to reach null security and unknown parts of space where you can earn tens if not hundreds of millions in isk. Other skills such as evading and escaping enemies will begin to allow you to dictate engagements on your own terms later on when you are prepared to go on the offensive.


Requirements :

- Be active when your on. You don't have to log in every day or even every week but at least once a month.

- It's recommended that members join a fleet while their on if an operation is in progress.

- Members will need to get on voice comms during operations so that we can better communicate.

- We have a fleet doctrine and capsuleers can use it as a baseline while developing their ship setups.


What we Offer :

- Basic ships that can be used for signatures, anomalies and PVP to get you started.

- Smaller laid back community where RL takes priority.

- Our headquarters change every 3-5 months so that we can explore all the regions of eve over the course of the year.

- Combat is an eventuality and as an explorer you will learn skills that will better prepare you for a combat role.

- Teamwork, if you wanted to run solo then why bother to join a group?


What you can expect :

- When a new capsuleer joins we recommend they finish the tutorials first.

- We will provide alot of information on exploration and how to survive your treks to null sec and wormhole space during those times when you are working solo and when we move as a squad.

- Objective based fleets focused around various goals such as finding signatures, anomalies and targets to shoot.
