Burner Mission Loot Drops

I haven't noticed any faction item drops from burner Assault Ships or faction frigates in past week. Were faction drops removed as a potential reward item for these missions?

Usually when new content is implemented there's a high percentage chance to get the goods which basically entices players to participate in the new content, then after players are hooked the percentage chance of getting the goods is reduced and then it's all about the grind.

Okay. Have you been running the content?

I started doing these in November, and would receive faction drops from the Burner NPCs (not logistics frigates) at a rate of 1/5 to 1/10 missions. Since perhaps the start of December, I've run perhaps 4 dozen Burner missions and have not seen a faction drop. I'm curious if anyone has seen any faction drops, or if they've been removed from the drop pool and I can stop checking wrecks.

nothing since then, but I don't think I've run too many more since then. looking at my wallet quickly it looks like 1/30 drop rate so far. Which honestly seems like a decent drop rate.

got 2 faction drops in the last day or two, nothing great, but hey some extra isk.

Loot drops across the board seem lower.

When you combine that with the reprocessing nerf making the loot that does drop worth 50% less it makes blitzing even more optimal.

On the other hand I seem to be getting more storylines with 50-150 mill modules as reward lately. I have made over 200 mill in storyline rewards in the last 2 days.

Haven't run burners in a few weeks, next time I do I'll try to get a few dozen in to see if I can get a good population to work with statistically.

I don't think that one was guaranteed though. How many times you've ran it without getting anything?

0, aside from the time I didn't blow her up because my arty missed, because I bounced off the beacon at like 1k+ transversial.

oh yea that includes the one I just warped out of, literally heading back to station with an implant in my cargo right now.

Anire Scarlet does still (at least sometimes) drop the social basic implant. I just got it. I would however love to join in with the complaining of the lack of faction loot in burner missions, but I'm yet to be offered a single one. What are you guys doing to get these burner missions? There must be some apple polishing or something going on.

The odds are just really low.

Just run them for the LP imo. It works out to around 24 million in LP alone, for SOE at least.

plus all the bounty and reward + bonus. for how many I run I'm more amused at faction drops than anything else.
