Launcher is broken

Hello
What is up with EVE support.

Five days ago I made a ticket for launcher issues and long login time. Still no answer.

And the launcher is only getting worse.

I have no other connection issues with games or other internet programs.

Anyone knows a solution for launcher issues ?

I have the same problem as do my girlfriend and no response - not even an automated - from support.

i'm working with them on a graphics issue right now. normal response is around 3 or more days for me. it is xmas, give them time.

My Launcher broke at the mass disconnection the 23rd. But today I ran the repair tool and it fixed the isue.

Hello

I do not expect a respond with five min, however I made the ticket 19. Dec and closed it the 23. Dec in order to make a new ticket.
Then the next day (24. Dec), they reply and ask for some log files. That's great, however since I close the ticket before their reply it is not open and I cannot answer them.

I fully understand the our support question need to be prioritize, however when I cannot log in to a game that I pay monthly fee for I expect a faster respond then 6 days later.

I still have major log in time delay issue.

Hello EVE support

WTF is going on.

If you cannot help me fix the issue with the broken launcher, I want my subscription fee back.

For over a week now I am paying for 2 accounts that I cannot use.

I have had these two account since 2004 and 2007 and have been online or paying subscription 90% of the time.

The lack of response from support is a disgrace.

When you look over this forum it do not seem like a lonely case, but many have a issue with the launcher.

Hello

I do not know what is going on anymore.

Suddenly both my accounts are able to go online again at first try.

I must have tried almost countless time over the last week and suddenly both work again???


UPDATE
After one successful log on the extreme waiting time is back...

So no more EVE...

What are we paying for?

My launchers problems are back sigh but I can stil log in directly with eve Exe file.
Remember to run the repair tool and clear cache.

Hello

I also had some luck starting the game via eve.exe, however only a few times.
I have also tried to uninstall the game, clear all folders incl. hidden and reg. clear.
A brand new offline file set downloaded.

The first couple of log on's went great and then the issue continued.

I am now in contact with support, however no progress is done yet.

All they have asked for have been correct on my pc.

I have now cancelled my characters future subscription.

Why pay for a game you cannot log on to...

All issue started after last patch.

Same problem here i had to log in to eve via exe file instead the normal client wont verify and im unable to log in via the normal client, this happends alot even when i use the repair tool im unable to use the normal client -.-

First issues was launcher froze up the day after last weeks crash, but use of .exe worked fine.

Right now its frozen completely, cant log in at all in any way.
Have cleared cache ran repair tools (repeatedly)
Oddly the other bug/issue is on my PC all ccp login ins crash/freeze from tha main PC.
To even log into the forum I am having to use a separate PC on the same LAN.

So right now what happened last week has kinda blocked my own pc from all ccp log ins, via launcher or website...

Mate just conjectured, my pc with all the issues is on Exp?

Exactly what happens to me as well. Any commets from CCP on this?
