I need 1 Core complete (or semi-close) Starter, ~8-12M sp. 4B Max.

Required:
1. They need to have at least 2 remaps remaining.
2. Positive or Neutral Sec Standing, and Wallet
3. Not a dumb name, i will need to see it for a long time.

Only Things/skills will pay for:
+3-5 Implants (except Charisma).
Armor: Hull, Mechanics, Repair Systems, Armor Comps (EM, etc)
Drones: All/Any
Engineering: Cap. Man., Cap Sys. Op, CPU Man. Elec. Up., Energy Grid Up., Power Gird Man.
Navigation: Evasive Man., Navigation, Warp Drive Operation
Neural Enhancement: Cybernetics,
Rigging: Jury Rigging, Drone Rigging, Armor Rigging, Shield Rigging
Shields: Shield Man., Shield Ops, Shield Up., Tactical Shield Man., Shield Comps (EM, etc)
Spaceship Command: Spaceship Command
Targeting: Long Range Targeting, Sig. Analysis, Target Man.

You don't need to have every skill, its just those are the ones I value.

Clean Corp history. and Kill Board, is a bonus.

Almost prefect,
but seeing her post history leads me to believe you are out of my price range.
