Is it just me or has the eve mail button no longer flash when you get mails?

I have made sure the options is ticked and have also cleared my cache

I noticed the same thing last few days with notifications. No time to look in to it yet.

DELETE THE WEAK, ADAPT OR DIE !

Mine's also working and also gives a notification on the Notification Feed. Assuming you are on Windows, you can try:
> Close the game and the launcher
> Goto C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\CCP\EVE\c_program_files_(x86)_ccp_eve_tranquility
- Note that AppData is a hidden directory, make sure hidden directories are shown. Replace username with your own username.
> Here you should see a folder named settings, rename this folder to settings_backup.
> Start the launcher and the game. All of your saved settings are now reset, check if the mailicon does blink now when receiving a new mail (you can just send a mail to yourself).

Note that this has reset all settings, in case you want to revert this, just delete the new settings folder and name the settings_backup folder back to settings.

In case you don't know how to make hidden folders visible, google it for the Windows version you are using.

The easiest way to reach the directoy is to copy it from the post above ...
... pasting it into the file explorer address bar ...
... and putting your username in.

Press ENTER.

Mails are flashing fine for me...it's like Tora mentioned, the notifications are not flashing at all. Before the last expansion, it would flash all the time when someone in my contacts logged on...now, nothing at all.

If I had a nickel for every time someone said women don't play eve, I'd have a bag of nickels to whack the next person who said it..

It's happening for me with notifications, didn't even notice we had been war-decced until second day of the war when I just went in to do some clean up of mails / notifications!
