Anyone got a good nightmare fit please. Mainly for missioning and/or running sites. Got good skills so should be able to t2 it. Want it to be effective but not with ridiculous amounts of bling.
Thanks in advance.

main bling is the Heat sinks, the booster and AB together are about the same as one of them. A gist x-type 100mn AB is pretty cheap, might further upgrade the AB.

only things I'd probably change with the fit, swapping a TE for a damage control if in a system known for ganks, and might be worth fitting a EM hardener if you are fighting a lot of blood/sanshas.

Good fit, my NM is very similar but less blingy JIC
-lows are t2 heat sinks, mild DPS loss
-mids are 3 rat specific hards instead of the sensor booster(100km base range is MORE than enough and the few seconds the scan resolution gives you just don't matter to me) and the invul fields. Just a type 2 shield boost to pulse (tanks everything just fine).
-Highs I use 2 salvagers and then a MTU to pull wrecks to me, shoot the frigate wrecks because they have no salvage worth anything. Also have some long range crystals that go out to around 70~75km optimal for those long range spawns.
-rigs I settled on a em shield/cap control/turret uses less cap to fire- rig setup which makes the ship cap stablish when not using the shield booster.

Normally I can just drop the MTU and orbit it or sit still and kill every rat in a mission no problem as long as I pay attention to triggers. then its almost 1k speed gets you to any far away warp gate very nicely. I really like the nm, now I just need to try incursions with it.

I think most of my fits are 3 faction 1 tech 2, saves a bit on isk, and only a single digit dps difference. but I think the ~5% dps difference is worth it for a few faction.

specific hardeners make things easier, but with maxed out skills and experiance aren't really needed and are imo a waste of time switching slots around in station. also they can make it harder work for gankers.

as for the sensor booster in say worlds collide I can warp in and start shooting with a range script. 100km is not enough for that. most of the time I have a scan res script loaded though. According to EFT the lock time on a generic frigate is 15.1 seconds, with the sensor booster it is 9.5. a big enough difference I think it is worth fitting.

rigs, I've never really been super happy with any set of rigs on a nightmare. I had CCCs for years, and those pretty much make you cap stable for guns, the SMCs are pretty cool as they give a giant cap buffer that feels like it lasts for most missions. EFT says 35m 34s of continuous gun fire, and well, I'm not in any mission that long. 12m 47s with the AB going, and that is usually on the longer side for missions.

I have a few other nightmares, one has a t2 rof rig and an EM rig, imo that one just eats through cap and isn't great. although it does a pretty good job. then another Nightmare with a t2 em, t2 laser cap, t2 shield extender, cap feels a bit weak on that. Over the things I've tried I think I'd keep the SMCs.
