Pirate factions' background picture

I reckon it will be a good idea to have pirate factions' background for the avatars added too, similar to main faction ones with logo and all especially now that we have pirate cloths.

...but please extend this to all the minor factions. Thukker Tribe, ORE, the Intaki Syndicate, and all the others.
