If the patch did not take it might be a fix for the xp problems that you guys are having that is the issue. I would copy the TQ folder to a Sisi version 2 folder if you have room and retry the patch. There was a client update patch on sisi before the update. It might be preventing the patch from executing if its changeing the XP client alot.

You are running the repair tool from inside the folder right? I am sure you are. Just had to ask. I am wondering what error its giving?

it tells me " Incompatible (Protocol) "
and one of the first things i tryed was copy eve folder to Singularity folder.
that has always worked well for me but not this time.
im geting to hate windows 7.
they keep messing stuff up for us that use xp.
and i dont mean just here on eve.

Its odd that the patch will not take. I have learned though that after so many attempts it might be good to reset and start over from scratch. Who knows what steps are messed up. Double check everything. Hope the sisilaucher gets fixed soon but you might have to wait till monday sorry.

thats the only thing i did not do.... im not willing to download over 5 gb of stuff.
thats over 12 hours for me. O.o

Does TQ work? If it does just recopy it again.

People never used the old way did they?

If you copy the tq files and you update sisi in the copied map not the tq version your tq will stay fine.

try reading earyer notes...lol
i did all that.
but i did find a fix that works.
i copyed Duality to sisi folder.
and it updated fine.
it had an earlyer ver in it then eve did.
so im in again... oh happy days :)
