capital remote hull repair bonuses?

what if ccp added bonuses for capital remote hull reppers? my navy hull tanked brutix would be awesome and more useable,
mind links would be a nice addition adding a hull tank bonus to ammount of hull hp or resists?

Sure, give another bonus to the Nidhoggur. I already love that ship for suicide POS repair, would be nice to have a reason to use the Capital Remote Hull Repair skill I trained to Level IV.

CCP should add more NPC 0.0 space to open it up and liven things up: the Stepping Stones project.
