Compress it down, the use a blockade runner, if you cant use a blockade runner, then you could either put it up for currier contract or sell it/refine it out in null.
if your in a corp or alliance that has access to a jump bridge network, use that, or does regular jump freighter runsm get space in o that.
those are your only options i can think of, other than using a wormhole, but i wouldnt recommend that solo

Doesn't sound like the best idea in the world especially if you are a 'rookie' & don't have backup.

Unless you sell it locally you are going to require support of some kind. Mostly to get past the null/empire choke points. Keep in mind ice doesn't compress as well as ore so transporting anything in a blockade runner could take much more time.

If you do have support, best options are JF and to lesser extent, rorquals. If you are really ballsy, trying to sneak around in the fallen the hauler for ore (can't remember name) would cut your trips down a bit. Not recommended though.

Thank you guys for your help.

Have just one more question.

If I get JF to move the ice compressed, what's the best way to sell it in high sec? compressed, refine it on stations or what?

Depends on your refining rate and current prices. My max skilled chat with implants and a POS can probably scoop up some extra Isk compared to selling ore raw. A lower skilled player at an NPC station may be taking a loss. Try adding the values of the materials from your reproccessing (before you actually reprocess) and compare them to ore value.

Typically in my experience, refining in an NPC station with decent skills means more isk for you.

Find a null sec system with an alt that has ICE and is quite that is within jump range of low sec. Pop a cyno and jump in a carrier and/or a Rorq and then put up a small POS. Anchor a compression array, eject the mining ships in the ship maintenance bay and go mine ICE, compress ICE and store in the carrier/Rorq once you are all mined out or interrupted by grumpy Null bears pack up and jump back to low sec. The POS is disposable just leave it if the grumpy null bears are shooting it... profit
