Hopefully a quick question, I did some search first and see that Canadians and some EU members have had to pay VAT or Import Taxes in addition to the listed price by CCP.

I was wondering if anyone has had this issue with US addresses?

No idea tbh, but as a UK resident I did have to pay a Vat/import surcharge.

my bank charges $ 0.28 for the transaction but that's all I have noticed

Nah I travel for business a lot. So it wouldn't work for me if ti were to arrive with COD need for customs. I'd buy it from Amazon since I know I wouldn't have customs due there, but according to the GM post in another thread, Amazon purchases don't get the 90 days game time.

Just brought one and it said shipping and handling were free. Not received it yet though
