Would it be possible (or practical) to have materials on sisi (PI, Salvage, Minerals, etc.) seeded at .01 isk, in order to simply aqcuisition of mats on the test server? Currently aqcuiring your base materials ends up actually draining the average wallet simply by sheer volume and creates an issue where a pilot wanting to test out the industrial aspects of the game ends up needing to actually find isk somewhere, most likely insurance frauding the biggest ships they can fly.

buy components that after reprocessing yields pi materials
reprocess rigs for salvage materials
reprocess modules/ships for minerals

also if you need isk just insure a capital and then blow it up a few times
