If a 20m SP toon sells for 10b, Then 40m SP toon sells for 20b. Roughly speaking.

Actually you sir are wrong, obviously the transfer fee doesn't change for the higher the skill points of a character. Also the 20m sp toons selling for 10b are generally focused whereas yours well .... isn't. GL getting even 18b, you'll need it

Considering the seller pays the X'fer fee, it is hardly a concern for the buyer.
