ISK sent... please mail appraisals privately. Thank you.

I sent ISK for a character appraisal and still have not heard back from this individual. Given that the appraisals are time sensitive on characters I am considering for purchase, I am not a happy camper. Once I receive the appraisals I will update this post appropriately.

I will make an update to the OP at some point, but for those of you who might be worried that you need to walk on eggshells when contacting me regarding work, I'd like to calm the storm and offer some information about how I conduct myself and my service:

1) On timeline of services:
I am a professional character appraiser, I deal with many clients in a given period. If it takes me a little while to respond to a mail, it's not because I don't love you. Please be patient and I will get to you as soon as possible. I would prefer to take my time and give you a quality response than give you a rushed appraisal and/or thread mock-up. Think of me like your mechanic, there are generally two types: those who work fast, and those who are thorough. If I were a mechanic, I'd be the latter!

2) On levels of respect and professionalism:
I do conduct myself with the utmost respect to my clients and give absolutely everyone the benefit of the doubt. On occasion my buttons can be pushed, and my default courtesy and professionalism can be waived if I feel you need to be reminded of something. If you remain calm and conduct yourself with normal human decency and respect, you will receive an excellent service each and every time.

3) On properly formatted mails:
Most of my clients do take the time to put things like spaces, line breaks, paragraphs or other formatting into mails. If I feel a mail is either too long, hard to read, or simply lacks basics like links and so on, I will often ask you to try again to save me time and eye strain. Don't take this personally!

4) On unhappy customers and refunds:
I do offer refunds to each and every unhappy client. You don't need to do anything special to get this, apart from avoiding the use of slander, derogatory remarks, mails or posts of a flaming nature, or other nasty and toxic behavior. In most cases, even if this type of conduct is observed, I will still offer you a refund, you just need to make an attempt at being a normal human being and I will absolutely give your isk back. If you have not conducted yourself in a toxic manner, and you are unhappy with my service for another reason that you can explain, not only will I give back your isk but I'll add isk to the pool of your refund as a thanks for helping me improve my service!

5) On trolls and griefers:
As addressed in my FAQ, most of my clients do genuinely wish to know the value of their characters and/or use my service. However, on occasion, personal egos or conflicts of interest have been known to get in the way of normal business. In general 99% or more of my clients are extremely satisfied with the results, and the remaining 1% can be explained by a pre-disposition towards this type of trollish or griefing activities. However, these people are typically very loud, emotional, and unable to form coherent reasons why the service didn't work as planned. Don't let this type of client put you off of using my service, I assure you there are remarkably few of them despite their multiple posts (often on alts) and obnoxious behavior!

Hope this clears a few things up, like I say when I have more time I will reword this for brevity and include it in the OP.
