OOC:

I'm wondering if you can help me figure this out. By now, I thought the rest of Incarna would be out... you know, the stations, bars, strategy game, etc. I have even heard people say that they saw it was due out in October... but for the life of me I can't find where this is stated.

What are the plans for the other CQ styles and the stations, where we can see other pod pilots? When will this be released?

Huh... I could have sworn other things were promised by "the end of the summer."

Weird... must have misread that because I can't seem to find it anywhere now.

But uh... seems like there's been a lot of interest in CCP's latest belly flop!! :D

Still multiple popup windows every time I put ammo in my ship. Very annoying.

And once again, all my station containers are locking contents placed in them while I had them all on the unlocked setting before the patch ...

What worries me the most is that expansion after expansion, patch after patch you continue to ignore the little things that have been bugged for so long.

Why is there no shortcut...not even the ability to make a shortcut to close specific windows.

The closest I can find is ctl-w to close the active window, but why isn't alt-c a toggle open/close cargohold? or any of the myriad open window - X shortcuts? Why are they all one-way operations? Alt-C doesn't have another function bound to it if the cargo is open.

There are 45+ "open window - X" shortcuts assignable. Only one "close active window" shortcut.

Just friggin' annoying, considering they spent 3+ weeks and 3 patches working on the cargohold.

There's no mention of a mail fix in the patch notes, however the mail icon doesn't flash anymore. That just confims that patch notes are always incomplete. How are we supposed to give you complete feedback on all the fixes when only a few of them are mentioned in the patch notes ?

The apparent lack of replies to this thread only means that the players know they aren't being listened to. Why give feedback when you will only be ignored. The lack of posts in the current issues thread is simply because we're tired of typing the same things month after month, patch after patch. I'm glad the company has decided they want more new players, god knows I love killing them all but how can a game that's aim is immersion really immerse anything when you have so many bugs smacking the windscreen in every facet of the game? I spend more time working around the heaps of fail that get released without any form of testing whatsoever than I do actually enjoying this game. So many bugs are let slip under the radar for the most part because not many people actually notice the subtle differences and changes that happen after every major expansion, but just because no one notices doesn't mean it's not a bug or that it shouldn't be fixed. I'm sure the developer that made sure that bookmarks in the solar system map were never obscured by beacons and other things and that the bookmarks displayed their distance in AU from your ship was proud of his/her work. I'm also sure it must displease this developer that these things are now broken, his/her hard work wasted to a non-existent quality assurance department. I don't know if the developers are forced by upper management to roll out expansions and patches before they are fully functional and properly tested or if they're just that incompetent at what they do, I hope it's the former. In the past three or more issues threads I have diligently posted all the subtle changes and HUGE IN YOUR FACE BUGS that I can actually remember, the list is so large in fact that my memory actually fails me a times as I need that space to remember things like math. However I have never once received a reply from any member of CCP to assure me that I am not crazy or simply misinformed on how something should be working even though you're apparently committed to better communication with your customers. The trend is that any bugs that don't make the game impossible to play without GREAT annoyance are simply ignored. Any bug having anything to do with CQ is instantly replied to, the customer coddled by a CCP employee and assured that it's a known issue. Big issues that however effect the game play greatly such as drone AI being completely bugged is ignored, never once has a CCP employee commented on the affair of drones and it's quite infuriating. If the wrinkles don't get ironed out of this game before you keep heaping on more and more worthless "improvements" then I'm afraid it will implode and the eve universe will be a thing you will only be able to read about on forgotten blogs and watch on ancient youtube videos. I consider the lack of a response to not a single one of my posts on this forum an insult, a complete lack of care. The players of eve are what makes the company that is CCP possible in this downward spiraling economy, perhaps you would do well to make a concerted effort to reply to each and every post in your issues threads, of course not the ones where people are simply venting their understandable frustrations upon you but the ones who are trying to communicate their issues and concerns.
I felt no need to revise this from the last feedback thread. Straight

I feel your pain and I also observe and experience these changes. I also wonder if CCP has a seriously poor code version control management problem as each patch has a good chance of re-introducing bugs once-thought squashed. CCP loves to play these bugs off with cute phrases in their patch notes, but that has to be ******* frustrating from both a producer and developer standpoint to see old work go down the shitter with shiny new patches.

An example of a subtle, yet meaningful, change to game play that took place a few years back:

The removal of being able to right click "in-space" and access the navigation menu (including bookmarks and celestials) while using the solar system map. And while we can still attempt to put the mouse over a bookmark while in the solar system map, there is no guarantee that the stack of bookmarks, moons or planets will explode into a selectable list.

Having full navigational capabilities available via the solar system map was also a great and legitimate work-around against soul-crushing lag where the local client / PC was relieved of its duty to render all of the **** on-screen. Fighting only via overview really helped in those days.

I asked CCP what happened via these forums when that change was made. Not a single mother ******* word. It was an honest and simple question, but CCP didn't give a **** then. And they certainly do not give two ***** these days.

CCP: if you make new issues and feedback threads in which people can post and you can completely ignore, at least take care that you modify the version number after copy-pasting the opening post from the previous version.

These days it feels like every patch just fixes a part of the bugs introduced with the patch before, while breaking several things that weren't broken before What?

I hope it's only because your real devs were on vacation and you let the interns use your computers.

what it really means,

Boosters and Implants

Booster penalties are no longer removed when undocking. Occasionally they will disappear from the augmentation tab but the changes are still applied. We know this issue exists but we dont really care nor cba to fix it anytime soon. look for a fix with in the next 18months, if you are lucky.

Please can we go back to when ships cargo holds didn't auto-sort themselves when you undock. Quite often I want the contents of my hold to be in a specific order, if I wanted to sort it, I'd do it myself, I don't want the client auto-sorting for me.

I posted some feedback, and it part incorporated the upgrade of forums.

Now it is gone and there are no signs of any "this post has been moved" etc...

Any idea where it went?
