Heh. Same issue with the launcher....just refused to respond to clicks of the "Play" button.

Don't use the launcher except to patch. It is useless at almost anything else.

Unless there is a patch, skip the launcher and click the short-cut to exefile.exe.

Just file a ticket, when the screw-up is on CCP's end, you get reimbursed for losses as a result of it. Just glad I wasn't doing anything risky when it crashed.

yes rule number 1 in eve dont fly what you dont afford if u lose. I crash all the time but the eve mechanic allows me to warp out of grid after i crash and no one can probe me but if i am suspect there is a timer that keep u in ur place even if u log off. Dont worry about the crash if you are not criminal or suspect and make sure to pendraise ur ships (T2 and T3 and Barge) before accepting the contract.

I'm still having problems, I've tried patching 4 times now and still no luck. It comes up with faulty files that are not found.

Maybe re-install?

I've just un-installed and re-installed the client and I'm still having the same problems. Automaticly patches once I open the client and then doesn't do anything once it completes. Any one else having the same problems?

Any body got any ideas how this can be rectified?

Rollback? What is a rollback? We don't do rollbacks in eve. Send a Petition. In cases like this where there clearly was a server issue, it is very likely that you will receive a replacement ship.
