Hello, I was wondering what this skill Projected Electronic Counter Measures does and what is it good for?

Remote ECM burst modules. They can only be fit on supercarriers so if you're not training directly into that it's a useless skill.

Note that this is the ONLY skill that affects these capital modules.

Thank you, I thought it was a skill that enhances the duration of ECM jamming modules once the target is jammed.

The module allows you to fire a pulse at a ship that will emit an ecm burst from that ship.

If brute force isn't working, you're just not using enough.

Please Note: Any advice given comes with the caveat that nothing will be suitable for every situation.
