What are you complaining about specifically?

I might as well point this out -

Tengus as they are currently being used in blobs:
200k EHP
51km range
62% cap stable
1359 volley / 412 DPS
632m/s
233 sig

Comparible Loki:
123K EHP
46km range
68% cap stable
1994 volley / 260 DPS
751m/s
189 sig 166 sig with moderate implants

123K EHP is more than enough to keep them alive. Scimitars don't need to make cap chains. Minmatar gives you more speed and more damage. Keep your sig down and speed up.

CCP - Building ant hills and magnifying glasses for fat kids

EVE is becoming shallow and puerile; it will satisfy neither the veteran nor the "WoW" type crowd in the transition.
