The time has Come

Amongst the Pilots of New Eden the seeds of discord are growing!

The young and the independent of this galaxy can no longer be complacent towards the empirical PBC capseleer overlords....Who have been treating them as fodder for their mindless games for power dragging poor new pilots in to the drudgery of paying someone elses sov bill.

It is up to the wise solo elder pilots of new eden to directly intervene and make a new generation of strong independent pilots who will bring about New Atlantis

And So the Scope Project was born...

It is time for the Free Pilots to bring their force to bare and strike out together to carve itself a small piece of this galaxy to call its own and forge a Bastille of Free thought and innovation...and if necessary use war to protect it

The Scope Project is recruiting heavily to build the fist true free capseleer nation so Ill see you in the channel

But I don't exactly get what power he's referring to...... What, like Concord? uh...... The empires? Who?
