Okay, if its 7 months, then I'd say the following.

1 Some fairly heavy ui changes and some streamlining to Industry.

2 Changes in refining to encourage industry outside of high sec by altering efficiency, but with a knock on impact to scrap refining.

3 The beginning of force projection changes to encourage shorter distance more widespread low and nullsec conflict - starting with Jump Fatigue.
