They are certainly not in the claim queue right now.

I am reasonably certain that if you were to check the redeem items option in the NES, the christmas items would not be there.

...sources close to me say that the opposite is true, and that you can claim the items. Please enjoy.

The jacket is quite nice.

Free stuff is great and all but when it's just useless items that junk up your inventory space there's little point in even claiming it from the redemption menu other than to trash it.
