Exploration and Wormholes; 100% strength but can't warp?

What exactly is going on and why can i not warp to this wormhole?

*It was in Hisec space

How far away is it? ;P

[EDIT] To spoil the fun and be completely blunt. You're literally hugging this wormhole. It's next to you. You're too close to warp to it. Close the probing screen and look about. You will see the wormhole.

Urgh thanks for that.

I was so used to being able to warp in the Probe Scanner screen after reaching 100% that i didn't even think to zoom out.

Edit: I got bored so i decided to try my luck in 0.4 space. Got immediately blown up leaving cloak.

Pro-tip: you have the right idea... but fit for greater agility and speed next time.

NOTES:
- your first and only line of defense is to not get caught by hostiles in the first place.
---- warp to things at range
---- if you want to use probes, deploy them then move away and cloak up... heading off in any direction where there is nothing
---- when you pinpoint something, drop cloak and warp.

- if something catches you on a gate, do not panic. Hit the Microwarpdrive, get back to the gate as quickly as you can, and jump through.

- if you are hacking/analyzing, deploy your drones and set them "aggressive" (use little button thingy on the upper left side of the drone control box)

- Eventually you want to use a Helios which has the ability to warp around while cloaked.
