as for 5b, im sorry but that is too low. With current plex prices I really cant afford to give much of a deal at all

TVP are a player organisation so your rep with then won't be on eveboard. I'm assuming if you don't know them you didn't run incursions with them

Ok just to put this out there perfect would be level 5 and let's face it this is not perfect shield skills or mac pilot.

Char is worth about 4.5b with implants.

Will give you 5.5b for it to account for plex prices lately, but I highly doubt you're gonna find a 10b offer. =/

Pros: Solid foundation for a mach pilot. Has most of the big bases covered. Could go right into incursion running.

Cons: PVE only, missing heavy drone skills, no weapon rig skills injected at all (can't do T2 weapon rigs).

For comparison, https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=388525&find=unread just sold for 11b. That toon has T2 sentries, T2 large energy AND hybrid turrets, T2 siege, and 8M more skillpoints than you. =/
