As subject says I am looking for a one race toon either of Amarr or Minmatar for PVP. Preferably less than 25M SP although I will entertain higher SP characters if they are a good deal.

Skills I'm looking for:
- BC level 5
- T2 large Guns
- Logi 5


Does not need to have racial BS 5

Lastly I will also entertain Gallente characters but as I said earlier they would have to be a better deal isk wise for me to put an offer on them.
