Character transfer error...any ideas?

Folks,

I'm in the process of selling this (posting) character and got my b/o offer and ISK sent.

I went to transfer the character and selected this character* (clicked on it, which highlighted the portrait and muted the others), filled in the receiving account name and and hit next.

I keep getting the error message "Please select the character to transfer" and it doesn't go any further. The character in question is in High sec, ISK positive, in an NPC corp, and no skills training.


Any ideas what's going on?

Already done.

I was curious if the folks on had some suggestions or experience with this as well. It's the first time I tried transferring a character so I thought I would ask.

Can often be a browser issue with how the scripts on the webpage run. I, for example, can't pay my cellular bill on my phone because T-Mobile's site is not mobile friendly. I'd recommend trying a different browser.

Thanks for then suggestion. Just gave that a shot and it didn't work unfortunately.

Make sure that character is not logged in, otherwise it won`t work
