I have run over 16 burner missions and still haven't got any storyline. Is this normal?

I still get mine, and almost entirely only run burners + angel Recon. That said theres often a huge delay in when the mission gets offered. Obviously try relogging and waiting a bit.

Honestly mission givers have been a bit wonky lately. I've seen high sec agents give out lowsec targets for normal missions and my story liners who used to love giving me lowsec missions to carry 80k m3 have been playing nice with just giving me only high sec destinations.
