I am trying to report a bug in game currently, and when I go to "Category" it says "No Choices," hence preventing me from submitting the bug. This occurs on all of my accounts. Is the bug reporting tool currently down? I have a gnarly bug to report too.

Issue seems to be fixed - I could load and submit my bug now.
