PvP Corporation Looking for options [EU]

I represent a medium sized pvp corp looking for a new challenge.
We are a stable corporation that is around for about 5 years now and which got a healthy mix of experienced and newer pilots.

Some highlights:

  • 97% euro timezone corporation
  • 90% of our pilots are working adults
  • 500-1000 kills average a month
  • in corp FC's
  • Fully independent, we got our own logistics covered
  • Decent amount of carier/dread pilots with ships ( few mom rdy pilots)

    • What we are looking for:

  • A euro timezone alliance or strong eu presence in a multi zone alliance
  • Stable and mature leadership (we not looking to get yelled by some basement living virgins)
  • pref above 1000 members
  • pref a sov holding alliance ( doesn't have to be a deal breaker)
  • No pet or renter alliance
  • no goons/dekco or anyone blue with them
