Present Interval is not saving

Hi,

From a long time a have the problem (even on my old pc) -Display and Graphics > Present interval is always by default on one. I change it at immediate and it works but when i log off and login again the present interval is again one. The game is not saving my settings

I tried:
- Clear cache
- my account is admin
- run the launcher with admin rights
- run the game from the exefile

All my drivers are up to date.

I have the same issue for a few months now, it happens only when using DX11 though, on DX9 it saves properly.
Few months back I even made a thread about it, however got no reply (probably should've made a ticket).

I also open a ticket but CCP developers are so good that even they can't resolve this problem
