Sleeper caches and drone regions

We all know that Drone regions are generally crap for exploration, as you get way less relic/data sites. However, what about probability of encountering sleeper caches in drone regions? Does anyone know? I would gladly spend all of my time exploring in drone regions if probability of scanning one down is the same as in the rest of space, as it means less competition, and im heavily interested in those sites.
