I haven't seen anyone else post this yet, but there's a massive blue nova in Anoikis- I didn't realize what it was last night, but today I dipped in again and saw this.

I think we're seeing Thera and the glow of whatever caused this 'Epicenter Event' to happen.

What you are seeing is Ezwal's head exploding from winning the world whack-a-mole Rhea thread lockage championship.

It was tough there for a bit, Barsterlode was as solid contender, but he walked away with the silver and a gift certificate to Bed Bath and Beyond.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

Yes, it actually looks similar to the "Cataclysmic Variable".
I just looked at a recent Dev Blog concerning wormholes, and compared CCP's pic to the original one. They look pretty similar.

Yes the third star is perfectly normal. The Cataclysmic Variable visual effect is composed of a very bright ball above this blue EMP nova thingie that you just took for Thera's supernova.

Contrary to every other system-wide wormhole-space anomaly, this one is composed of two distinct visual entities.

I live in w-space. I just wanted people to know that it was, in fact, a cataclysmic variable.
