Growing corp wants in an alliance to keep up content for members

We are a new corp who numbers are growing fast and would like to join an alliance around the Metropolis area for more people to fly with. Want to keep this head of steam we have.
We are based around hek and would like to stay close as we can. Null sec is not an option yet for us as we like .5- 0.0 mostly.
We have miners, indy guys, and pirates alike. I just want to keep my corp growing a little and joining more corps is the way to go as I see it.
Like I said, null is not an option yet for us, but will be in the future for sure. We roam almost every night if not doing something.


We train new players and run with old:)
