Rhea problems with MSI Afterburner / Rivatuner Statistics Server

Since the addition of Rhea I can no longer launch into Eve as I have always have. Now I must shut down MSI and Rivatuner to succeed at launching past character screen ... it just CTD.
Once I shutdown MSI Afterburner 4.0 using Catalyst 14.12 and driver 9.14.10.01080 and also shut down Rivatuner Statistics Server ver. 6.2.0.7500 ... then EVE launches without incident.
Approx half the time if EVE is already launched and then I try to restart both applications separate, EVE becomes completely unresponsive.

This is on top of previous problems of scanner probe sweep when entering any system and anomalies graphics staying on screen, but now lag issues and a huge drop in FPS performance forcing me to drop my graphics to minimum to regain it back into the 45 - 60 range
