All I know about them is they are Talocan and seem to manipulate gravitational fields.

Observe and gather your data, Mr Kraid, I do truly wish you the best in your endeavors. I am sure representatives of all the peoples of New Eden will assist. I am not a scientist so I will be of no use to your cause.

However, I am a woman of Faith. My Faith commissions me to protect His people, to bring the Word to all, reclaiming them as His. A majority of capsuleers I feel are forever lost, but not the peoples of the empires, for them I hold an abundance of hope. So the fact that some elements are recklessly experimenting with things that they do not understand, or should be let be, and the results of which we are all made to suffer for and be set at risk sets my blood aboil. I do apologize for letting my anger get the better of me.

A bit late to the fray: I have also stumbled upon one of these structures in High-Sec Genesis. It's roughly the size of a big control tower.

After reaching similar conclusions than here - some kind of cloaking device - I tried to destabilize the field further through the use of EMP smartbombs. It did not yield further result.

Note how even the structure's electrical field seems unfaded.

Can confirm one of this Unidentified Structures in HighSec, in the Abai system, Tash-Murkon region.

Just found in two Hi-Sec systems.

I also noticed that there are wormholes in same systems, maybe is where the sleepers come from

Preliminary research conducted mostly by my team (and a few privately funded researchers at Occult National Security) suggests that these unidentified structures may be the remnants--or foundation--of a covert station net weaved across the vastness of New Eden. This hypothesis is based on the following information observed in the field and maps drafted through extensive efforts by our stellar cartographers:

1. While we could not determine the composition of the structures, it is of note that these structures vary in distance from the planetary bodies they orbit, but never resided within 150,000 km nor exceeded 300,000 km. It may be prevalent to also note that the structures are, in all cases, located within the eye of a gas and dust cloud orbiting (that is still undergoing analysis).

2. Structures located (by region): The Forge, Kador, Kor-Azor, Tribute, Geminate, and Vale of the Silent

I have also uploaded a data packet containing a list of all systems mapped in the aforementioned regions, along with the corresponding planet each structure is currently orbiting. The packet can be found here. As previously mentioned by Mr. Onslaughtor, our data suggests that an average of one to two structures can be found per constellation per region. Sometimes there were as many as three or four.

Our next step is to continue mapping the various regions. Currently we are recording the locations of any structures that reside within the Syndicate region, and are planning to expand our search to Outer Ring and Fountain.

Perhaps then my team can find some time for R&R.

Maybe the Jovians have come to remind us of their supremacy.

These towers may emit disruption fields that will cause the realignment of solar systems and connection of stargates.

These strange objects are secret Jove bases that have lost their cloak in some way due to God's destruction of the Jove.

The things scanning them may be automated Jove drones who are now lost and are scanning for their masters. Too bad their scanners won't reach Hell, because that's where all the Jove are.
