Missing 1 x 30day PLEX, advise or help needed to find it.

Hi all.

I seem to be missing 1 x 30day PLEX, that i had redeemed onto my account management page some 7-8months ago. I have recently come back to game, but cannot find the PLEX i had redeemed, or i am unable to find it on my account management page.

Any1 have an idea were i might find it pls?. under which TAB etc. i am 100% sure i had 1 ready on forums so i could re-activate my account from forums when i wanted to return, i guess perhaps this option has been removed recently?

Hi..

Petition is already open and filled in, but i was wondering if perhaps i have missed an option, were i can find it still on account pages etc. If i get no advise, or told the option does not exsist(sp?) no more i shall hit the submit button Smile

in game, try the assets tab, search line plex

Thats another story Feligast - I have searched my assets a few times now, because i am also about 75% sure i had a 30day PLEX in-game also, which is not there no more, but i am not sure enough about that 1 to petition it. The redeemed PLEX i am 100% sure about, just cannot find it anywere yet.

If you can't find any PLEX with your asset windows search function ...
... then you can only wait.

But i won't give it back. :)

check all your containers in stations too, if its in a GSC/station container etc it wont show up on an assets search, you have to manually right click-> view contents and search in the containers to find it if you forgot it in one of em.

Sure it wasn't added to your account time since it was in the system? Check the payment history to see if it is there. I had them charge my Paypal once, even though I had the box unchecked that gave the option for auto renew. Game time cannot be refunded if this is the case from what I understand.

hi..

Well i checked everything - cans ships etc, but nothing found. i am also not so bothered about the in-game PLEX, as i may of used it, not sure enough to worry about it.

just checked my account information again, and from what i can tell, there seems to be no out of order activation, I.E. nothing i did not do myself. So technically it should still be there in account management as i had seen it before.

would be handy to know if this old option has been removed for sure, at least a place to start as i just can't find it anywere.
