As an avid interceptor pilot, double clicking in a direction to go rather then orbit/follow etc, something that struck as a cool idea would be a chase cam that keeps the ship stationary on the screen and the environment around it moves.

This would allow clicking to the side, see the effect of the ship turning, and allowing to keep clicking and essentially manoeuvre the ship as if it was FPV.

It would be cool to have a hot-key to turn this on and off, to allow normal use of rotate cam, then go back to chase cam.

It would also look cool as it would give the effect of "no way is up" (flying under stations that look inverted etc)

Last time I tried manually piloting an inty I found out about the true meaning of server ticks and not living in the UK.
