Cosmic Signatures and bookmarks.

As it stands cosmic signatures scanned to 100% return to 0% if you leave system and come back. I would like to propose a new type of bookmark. This type of bookmark changes the signature to 100% for the person or corporation. (Depending on type of bookmark used.) The bookmark has a lifespan (72hrs?) and automatically deletes itself at the end of the lifespan.

This simplifies having to constantly check and update MOTDs and the cross-referencing of signatures to what is in the MOTD to determine if any of the signatures are new or not; but, at the same time it does not take away from the basic aspects of exploration.

..also helps with the management of bookmarks.
