I am thinking about upgrading from win 7 to 8.1.

BUT it says that eve online is not compateble with 8.1.

Is this true or is it some sort of error.

I'm playing it without any issues at all.
Win 8.1 x64

Edit: I remembered that I moved my eve folder from my backups, then created a shortcut to my start menu.
So, I can tell that it works, but I'm not sure if you can install it by running installation.
