I'm running missions for gallente militia but they are hard to do in a stealth bomber. I can also run missions for the minmatar FW agents.

My doubt is the following: The LP's awards will be measured by the Gallente Militia Tier (at the moment at 2) or by the Minmatar Militia (currently at 1 )?

Not exactly sure what the question is.

I think the only way to earn LP's when in Gallente Militia is to complete Gallente FW agent missions. I know you can help secure Minmatar FW sites for Minmatar Militia but I doubt it will add any points to your Gallente FW LP's.

Probably be a good idea to do a goggle search on the subject.
